Bosch Error Codes: Dishwasher & Appliance E-Codes

Bosch is best known for dishwashers, where faults show as E codes (sometimes written E:15 or with a blinking tap/water symbol on older models). The same code numbers carry across the Bosch, Siemens, Neff, and Gaggenau family. The most common by far is E15. Find your code below.

Why E15 is so common

Bosch dishwashers have a polystyrene float in the base. Any small leak collects there and lifts the float, which triggers E15 and runs the drain pump continuously to protect your floor.
